HYROX staffing FAQs

Can talent work an active, fitness-focused crowd?

Yes. Tell us the activity level and the look you want, and we match people from our fitness and activewear roster.

How much does it cost to staff HYROX San Diego?

Booking rates start at $50 per model, per hour, and go up with the role, the model's experience, the date and the hours. Each model has her own rate, and you see each person's rate before you confirm. Send your dates and head count and we come back with talent options and a plan.

Can you staff sampling and product giveaways?

Yes. Share the product, the rules and the hand-out flow in your request and we brief the team before the event.

Do we need a booth or partner space to book talent?

Space at the event is arranged with the organizers. Once you have it, we staff it. We can also staff offsite activations in San Diego around the weekend.

Can you film content from our activation?

Yes, as an option. Photo, video and UGC-style content are only included when you add them.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as your dates and booth plan are set. Busy weeks fill up, so earlier is easier. Short-notice requests are welcome too: send them and we will tell you plainly what is available.

Can we select talent from the roster?

Yes. Browse the roster and pick the people you want in your request. A request never reserves anyone on its own: we check availability, ask the talent and confirm with you.

What happens if a confirmed model cancels?

We tell you right away and coordinate a replacement, so you are not left chasing talent the morning of the show.

How are hours, invoices and payments handled?

Talent clock in and out from their phones. After the show you review the hours and confirm them or ask for changes, and the invoice is built from the hours worked.
