The SD Model Promoters client app
Orchestrate your auto show team from one app
Book your people, brief them, watch them check in, approve the hours and receive one invoice, all from your phone or laptop. This is the system our clients use today, not a mock-up. Sample events shown.

Photo, video, UGC and recap media are optional and only included when you add them.
Not a new agency. A bench of veterans.
Our roster is built on established models with years of experience and real expertise, and we train the next ones ourselves.
Veterans on the roster
Established models with years of experience in their fields, so your booth is not a first day on the job.
We train, not just book
Most agencies only book talent. We also train new models in multiple fields, so newer faces arrive prepared.
Hands-on since 2020
Social media, photo and UGC management for athletes, promo modeling and supplement demos. We have worked the job, not just booked it.
Ask for the experience you need
Tell us if you want a veteran-led team or a mix of veterans and new faces, and we staff to that.

Auto Show staffing FAQs
Can you staff New Year's Eve and New Year's Day?
Yes. Set up each show day as its own shift with its own hours and head count. Holiday dates are harder to fill, so send those as early as you can.
How much does it cost to staff the San Diego Auto Show?
Booking rates start at $50 per model, per hour, and go up with the role, the model's experience, the date and the hours. Each model has her own rate, and you see each person's rate before you confirm. Send your dates and head count and we come back with talent options and a plan.
Can talent learn our vehicle features?
Yes. Share your product sheet and talking points in the request, and we match people who are comfortable with product demonstration.
Is bilingual talent available?
When available. List the languages you need in your request and we will tell you who on the roster can cover them.
Can you staff dealership events after the show?
Yes. We staff hotels, rooftops, restaurants, nightlife and offsite activations across San Diego, including events outside the Convention Center.
Can we select talent from the roster?
Yes. Browse the roster and pick the people you want in your request. A request never reserves anyone on its own: we check availability, ask the talent and confirm with you.
Can you staff multiple days or shifts?
Yes. Set up each day and shift with its own hours and head count, and we staff them together as one team.
What happens if a confirmed model cancels?
We tell you right away and coordinate a replacement, so you are not left chasing talent the morning of the show.
Can we add photos, video or UGC from our display?
Yes, as an option. Photo, video and UGC-style content are only included when you choose them.
How are hours, invoices and payments handled?
Talent clock in and out from their phones. After the show you review the hours and confirm them or ask for changes, and the invoice is built from the hours worked.
