Can I hire a model to demo a medical device?
Yes. Share your product sheet, talking points and any rules the team must follow, and we match people who are comfortable with product demonstration. They can show the device and explain what you give them to buyers.
How much does it cost to staff medical conferences?
Booking rates start at $50 per model, per hour, and go up with the role, the model's experience, the date and the hours. Each model has her own rate, and you see each person's rate before you confirm. Send your dates and head count and we come back with talent options and a plan.
Can talent learn our product and talk to buyers?
Yes. Send the product sheet, talking points and any wording approved for the show. We match people who are comfortable with product demonstration and brief them before the show.
Will talent follow our compliance rules?
Send us your rules and approved wording and we pass them to the team before the show. We provide the people. Your own compliance team stays responsible for what is said and shown at the booth.
Do talent give medical or clinical advice?
No. Talent show the product and explain what you provide. Questions that need a clinician or a product expert go to your own team, so tell us who to hand them to.
What should I send you for a device demo?
Your dates and booth number, how many people and shifts you need, the product sheet, your talking points, any rules or approved wording, the dress code and how you want leads captured.
Can you staff clinical, scientific and medical society meetings?
Yes. We staff booths, receptions and offsite events for conferences at the San Diego Convention Center, including medical, healthcare and science shows.
Do I need models at a medical booth?
Not always. Your own team knows the product best. Models help when you want more people at the booth than you can send, someone to greet people and run the queue and lead capture so your experts can talk to buyers, or content for your channels.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your dates and booth plan are set. Busy weeks fill up, so earlier is easier. Short-notice requests are welcome too: send them and we will tell you plainly what is available.
What happens if a confirmed model cancels?
We tell you right away and coordinate a replacement, so you are not left chasing talent the morning of the show.
